HOW TO USE
Empty half the contents into running water over your bathtub and submerge. To avoid possibly clogging your drains with any herbs, place your mixture into an organza bag and hang at the faucet where the running water will dissolve your alchemized ritual salts.
Take a large Bay Leaf and on it write whatever it is you need to release. This may be relationships (personal or professional) that didnt work out, but you constantly think about. Sometimes we hold unto to negative thoughts that do not propel us forward, like fear of change, love or lack of money. Fold the bay leaf away from you x3 and dispose of this however you feel comfortable (in the flame of a candle, garbage bin or in a running river)
Now that your energy is cleansed and you are protected, take another bay leaf and write down your wishes or dreams. Fold this towards you x3 and place this in your purse or wallet to manifest your untouchable intentions.
